Sabse zaroori shart NAC hai: sirf ITI kaafi nahi, apprenticeship poori karke National Apprenticeship Certificate bhi chahiye, aur dono mein 60% (SC/ST 55%). ITI ke baad apprenticeship chal rahi hai to is baar form nahi bharega.

UP walon ke liye Transformer Plant Jhansi aur Haridwar (HEEP) paas ke units hain. Pehle saal temporary artisan ke roop mein ₹24,000 mahina milta hai, phir Grade-IV ka scale. Ek hi unit chun sakte ho, to wahi chuno jahan sach mein jaana chahte ho.
