Salary / Stipend

Level 10 of the Matrix, entry pay Rs. 56,100 per month plus usual allowances; NPA for medical candidates only.

Contract and Conduct Rules

Appointees serve under the government residency scheme, which gives no right to permanent absorption or contract renewal. Private practice of any kind is barred, and leave follows the Central Residency Scheme and institute policy.

Documents at Interview

Hard copies are not sent with the online form. At interview, candidates must bring originals plus one set of self-attested photocopies, covering identity, date-of-birth proof, marksheets, degrees, internship and council registration, category certificates, and an NOC if employed in a government institution. Foreign graduates need an FMGE pass certificate, and duplicate applications for the same seat are cancelled.

Mode of Selection

  1. Shortlisting in a 1:6 ratio
  2. Written examination or interview, depending on number of applications
