Salary / Stipend

Rs. 35,280 to Rs. 2,80,000 per month, post-wise IDA scales.

Bond Requirements

Regular and contract appointees must sign a surety bond under the corporation’s recovery policy revised in January 2026. Bond amounts run from Rs. 2,00,000 for grades W5 to W8 up to Rs. 4,00,000 for grades E5 to E8. Regular service is three years; contract service is one year less than the contract term, capped at three years. Deputation appointees are exempt.

Extra Papers for Government Applicants

Public-sector candidates must also send an employer NOC, attested ACR/APAR copies for five years, a vigilance clearance, and a no-penalty certificate covering ten years. The NOC and APAR records are due at least three working days before the interview. Sealed envelopes go to the General Manager (HR & Admin) at the BKC transit office, marked with the post name.
