Salary / Stipend

Fixed monthly amount equal to pay drawn at retirement minus basic pension; unchanged for the contract term; no HRA; fixed transport allowance; TDS deducted.

Leave and Attendance

Consultants earn 1.5 days of leave for each completed month. Daily attendance must be marked at the reporting site. Unused leave lapses at year end without carry-forward or encashment. Unauthorised absence reduces pay proportionally, and more than three working days of unexplained absence may lead to termination.

Contract Terms

Engagements begin at one year, renewable annually up to five years in total. The role is full-time, so outside assignments are not allowed. Duties support ATC and surface movement control at the assigned airfield. Either party can end the contract with one month’s notice or pay in lieu.
