Salary / Stipend

Pay Level 9 to 13A (7th CPC), approximately Rs. 53,100 to Rs. 2,16,600 per month, varies by post.

Benefits and Terms

Pay includes DA, HRA and transport allowance at Central Government rates. Medical reimbursement follows CCI service rules instead of CGHS, which does not apply to this office. The Office of the DG, CCI is eligible for General Pool government accommodation.

Key Conditions

Conditional forwarding by an employer leads to summary rejection, as do applications missing the required documents. Canvassing disqualifies candidates. The Commission may leave any vacancy unfilled, and vacancy counts may change.

Mode of Selection

  1. Assessment by Selection Committee of CV and supporting documents
  2. Possible interaction with Selection Committee (no TA/DA paid)

How to Fill the Form

  1. Complete the Annexure-III application form and attach a passport photo.
  2. Fill in all items, including investigation and competition law experience.
  3. Sign the declaration.
  4. Have the employer or forwarding authority complete the certificate on the last page.
  5. Attach cadre, vigilance and integrity clearances, five years of APARs, and pay-scale proof if applicable.
  6. Employer forwards the application through proper channel so it reaches the Deputy Director (HR) by the deadline; separate applications are needed for separate posts.
