Salary / Stipend

Stipend of Rs. 14,000 per month for graduate apprentices and Rs. 12,000 per month for technician (diploma) apprentices, for a one-year apprenticeship.

Eligibility Details

Applicants must hold the required qualification for their chosen discipline as of 1 October 2026. Candidates who passed the qualifying examination in 2026, 2025, 2024, or on or after 1 July 2023 may apply. Those with pending results, supplementary exams, or back papers are excluded. Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship at IRCON or elsewhere, or who have one year or more of training or job experience after finishing their education, are not eligible.

Documents and Submission

The printed and signed application must be accompanied by self-attested copies of the Class X certificate, degree or diploma certificates with mark sheets, and community certificates for SC, ST, OBC, or EWS applicants where applicable. The notice does not mention an application fee.

Important Notes

The training period is one year and cannot be extended. Completing the programme does not give any claim to employment with IRCON. Under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, the government bears half of the minimum prescribed stipend, which is paid by direct benefit transfer to an Aadhaar-linked bank account.

How to Fill the Form

  1. Register as a student on the NATS portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) and note the registration number
  2. Open the IRCON website, go to Careers, then the apprentice engagement section
  3. Register on the IRCON portal with a personal email ID and mobile number
  4. Complete the online form with post, personal, education and experience details
  5. Upload scanned photograph, signature and documents in PDF or JPEG format, each up to 2 MB
  6. Submit the form and print the generated PDF
  7. Sign the printout at the bottom right under the declaration
  8. Post the signed printout with self-attested documents to the HRM Manager, IRCON International Limited, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017, marked with advt no. A01/2026, so it arrives by 17 November 2026
