Salary / Stipend

Rs. 15,000 per month (graduate apprentices); Rs. 12,500 per month (technician apprentices).

Eligibility and Contract Notes

Candidates already holding an apprenticeship contract under NATS cannot apply. Selected applicants must sign a contract under the Apprentices Act, 1961, and training begins only after NATS approves it. The role is a one-year training position and gives no claim to permanent employment.

Stipend and Communication

The stipend has two parts: a government share paid through direct benefit transfer, and an institute share paid by NIT Calicut. All updates are sent by email, and original documents must be produced during verification. Any discrepancy found later can lead to disqualification.
