Salary / Stipend

Pay Matrix Level 2 to Level 11, Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month depending on post.

Key Application Rules

Incomplete, unsigned or photo-less applications are rejected outright. Only officials who can be relieved if selected should be forwarded. ACP or MACP pay must not be entered as the post’s pay; list it separately in the provided table.

Other Notes

Armed Forces personnel due to retire or move to the reserve within a year may be considered for four posts. Feeder-grade officers in the direct promotion line cannot apply on deputation. Vacancy numbers may change.

Mode of Selection

  1. Post-specific driving, typing, data entry or steno skill test (where applicable)
  2. Selection Committee assessment of CV and supporting documents

How to Fill the Form

  1. Fill the Annexure-1 proforma for the post applied for, including personal, service and qualification details.
  2. Affix a recent photograph, sign the declaration and attach self-certified copies of all certificates.
  3. Submit the form to your parent department, which routes it to AFT Kolkata.
  4. Get the employer or cadre authority to complete and seal the certification part.
  5. Department forwards with NOC, vigilance clearance, no-disciplinary certificate and last five years' ACRs.
  6. Ensure the complete application reaches the Registrar-in-Charge by 9 Dec 2026.
